Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Telegram bot operated by Dade.Studio ("the Bot", "we", "us") collects from you, why we collect it, and what we do with it. By starting a chat with the Bot or using any of its commands, you agree to this policy.

1. Who operates the Bot

Dade.Studio, a solo studio based in Colorado, USA. Privacy questions: privacy@dade.studio.

2. Information we collect

• Telegram account identifiers: numeric user ID, username (if set), first/last name (if set), language code.
• Chat identifiers: chat ID for the conversation with the Bot.
• Message content: text, commands, and attachments you send to the Bot.
• Interaction metadata: timestamps, command names, and interaction outcomes.

We do not collect your phone number, email, contact list, or location.

3. How we use your information

• Deliver the Bot's features and respond to messages.
• Route prompts to AI models powering the Bot (see §4).
• Debug errors, prevent abuse, and improve the Bot.
• Maintain a short operational log for reliability and rate-limiting.

We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Third-party services

• Telegram Messenger Inc. — message delivery layer. See https://telegram.org/privacy.
• KiloClaw / Kilo Code — agent runtime orchestrating the Bot.
• OpenRouter and underlying AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) — receive prompt text to generate responses.
• Hosting and logging infrastructure operated by Dade.Studio.

5. Data retention

• Message content: up to 30 days in operational logs, then deleted or anonymized.
• Error logs and aggregate stats (no message content): up to 12 months.
• Telegram user ID: may be retained indefinitely if tied to a ban, abuse report, or persistent Bot setting.

6. Your rights

• Stop using the Bot: block it in Telegram.
• Request deletion of your data: email privacy@dade.studio or send /deletemydata to the Bot.
• Request a copy of your data: same email.

We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

7. Children

Not intended for users under 13. Email us if you believe a child has used the Bot and we will delete the associated data.

8. Security

Encrypted transport (HTTPS), access-controlled hosting, and least-privilege API keys. No system is perfectly secure.

9. International users

Operated from the United States. Data may be processed in the US and in regions where our third-party providers operate.

10. Changes to this policy

The "Last updated" date always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the Bot before they take effect.
